Bear skill Enraged

Got a White Bear at lvl 14.
Put the point into Enraged Skill which apparently does the following:
"Adjacent enemy units have Immobile" -> Immobile: "This unit cannot move"

Move Bear next to enemy -> no status effect
Enemies turn: Unit moves away to attack some other Companion

Can reproduce. (in Coop)

I can confirm (at least in co-op) the "Enraged" skill of the white bear doesn't work.
