Rat Infestation in the Vertruse province can't be attacked

A rat infestation in the center of the Vertruse province (up on a hill) can't be attacked. When clicked on it takes you into a screen of pure fog. (Like you are entering a location such as a home or stables, but you can't see anything, it's just a screen of white fog)

It won't even act like it is opening for me. My company just walks right through it. I even tried getting a Mission Contract hoping that would work. The issue might be related to it activating correctly when found as my nest does not have the Rat icon above it.

I accepted contract before discover this rat infestation on map.
you can click on rat infestation but event won't start

Same for me. Have the contract but can not activate the encounter

Same thing happened to me I saved it while nearby with the interaction showing and loaded the save. Got back into the game (from load) and pressed A and it worked. Hope this helps
