Cant End Turn

In the Fight for the Neprun Clan, after Round 3, when the Support Troups and a wave of Enemys come, I cant ent my Turn and finish this fight.

I'm also unable to end my turn. Round 3 of Fight for the Neprun Clan, in the battle against the crocswines. On my turn, my Cutthroat killed a crocswine with Frenzy and got the attack reset (not sure if that matters). If I had to guess, it has something to do with the Runner NPC acting next.
