Sometimes game freezes in rain/thunder weather

Sometimes, but totally random, when rain with thunder weather sets up, during the sound of thunder game freezes. I can't click any menu, then I start hearing sounds of footsteps of my mercenaries, but nothing moves at that time. Then game unfreezes and freezes again when sound of thunder comes back. I can save game in that state, but then I have to quit game and restart it for this bug to go away. This is a second time I see this bug happening, here's my save game:
