Helmet skill - Pirate's Lucky Charm

It simply does not work. It is supposed to stack 5% critical damage per critical hit, but nothing happens. There is no visible buff or attribute increase during a fight.

There are other helmets also not working from the DLC (crown of sea lord) etc..
