Spear of Belerion not upgradable

Completed the main quest (killed the serpent and so on) and basically everything else in the Belerion Archipelago. And of course I also had the legendary Spear of Belerion in my inventory, my spearmen can also equip it. But I can't modify or upgrade it in the forge - unfortunately the spear doesn't appear in the list of items to be modified. So what's it all about...?

Dihya's crown is not upgradeable too.

It´s not fixed/done. Still not upgradable at Brotherhoods Training Grounds. It still doesn't appear in the upgrade box, but other legendary items do.

There has already been an appeal regarding this matter. It is noted that the bug has been fixed, but this is not the case. Belerion's Spear still cannot be upgraded by Rangers or the Forge.
