Fief DLC - Bandit Lair building level 2: increases not decrease needs

Bandit Lair Level 2 states:
- All needs are reduced by +1 for each Bandits in your population.
- Food needs increased +1 per Bandits
- Trade good needs increased +1 per Bandits
- Knowledge needs increased +1 per Bandits.
supposed to be -1 instead of +1. If you have 50 Bandits, your needs are now +50 more.
