fief mercenaries inn missions not rotating

the missions available to send troops on from the mercenaries inn inside the fief do not rotate as they have before. i have had the same missions available the entire save file which are all negative relationship with other kingdoms. in past builds there were atleast a few positive in the rotation every so many days but I haven't seen one single positive relation mission in over 50 rests since acquiring the fief

HarasdarSame with me, can't do any missions without hurting relations with a kingdom. And they are allways just related to the two kingdom I haven't maxed out.
