Cannot absolve negative trait (heavy sleeper) in the fief (any more - it worked before)

I have a guy with heavy sleeper (still struggling with that coming on very often), and before I could absolve this trait in one of the churches in the fief. Now it does not work any more. The guy in question is in the garrison (managed through the inn), but does not show up in the menu in the church. I just absolved another one like before, but this one is not showing in the list, despite having the trait and being in the garrison.

Pr3ddyI have the same issue with ''Drunkard'' on one specific companion. I was able to remove it from another companion in a previous patch, but right now i cant remove it.
