  Could load in just fine as the host, but my co-op partner loaded into a black screen. Sound was playing and he could move his mouse, but nothing was visible.

  The same since last update of 07/03, nable to play battles in snow biome. 2nd player is having a black screen when loading the battle. No workaround (checking files didn't change anything).

  When the battle ended, I got a black screen, but my friend didn't, he's the host. We couldn´t save the game and we lost all unsaved progress.

  Just experienced the same after 100+ hours of a co-op game, online.
  We've tried updating everything, verifying everything, changing graphics settings and resolution.
  Nothing.
  I could hear sound and press Escape to 'pause' the game, but nothing ever loaded.
  
  This happened with different encounters, so it wasn't one fight specifically.
