Cant join a fight in Drombarth zone in coop

  I play a coop game with my friend and since we enter Drombach region, het gets a black screen when we start a combat. Though he have the sound of the combat. Only me, the host, can see and play the combat. We analyse the validity of our installation, restart the combat and other things, without success.

  Hi,
  
  I made a new roster with a new party after the fix, I made my road with any problem in my journey until I start the destroyed stable of Alazar. I was performing the first round against another big party (I was near 40 members with the npcs adds against 30)
  
  I was alt-tabing frequently because I was listening to an E-sport video and after i setuping a Spear wall with my pikeman, the game freeze and then crash. I tried to start the save again but after even a few seconds, the game crash again. I tried also to make a different action but the game still crash.
  
  I started another save and everything seems to work fine in it.

  We freshly arrived in Drombach area, whenever we start a fight, I (Host) have no problem, but my mates are blocked on a black screen with music at start,then stops. They're mouse icone changes to the litlle sword, as it would like in any fights. Saving and Loading doesn't change anything, when they load they're still blocked on the same black screen.

  What I can say to reproduce the bug is, have someone host the game, then have a guest (or two, to be like us) then start any fight in Dromabch with the inquisition or bandits. I don't have anything else to help you recreate it sorry.

  I'm adding another run where my game also crash without error panel.
  
  Contrary to the previous problem, it was happening during an NPC (opponent) turn in a battle with far fewer members (around 15 vs 20) in the location of the hidden camp of the bandits of Arthes.
  
  In common, we have a battle within a specific location, but in my opinion, the problem seems more located in some calculation around the decision making state or the estimation of the pathfinding.
  
  I play with a lot of areas skills which could lead to some overlapping and with fire zone, barrel explosion and stuff, it can get crowded and messy. The problem seem to not be catch by the system so maybe should look at the overflow, loop due to the presence of multiple areas. Maybe it will help.

  Looks like an issue we had a few times with my group, whenever we're attacked by an archer using an area skill, like fire zone... It freezes quickly before the game continues. But the real issue is whenever we use a bow with the same ability (mud shot or fire area) my mates crash.

  When entering combat in the Alazar Region, the non-host member of my 2 player coop game does not load into the fight and instead is shown a black screen, they can still hear the audio of the game and when leaving the fight are still returned to the world screen, but they cannot select anything or see the fight.

  Everything was working as expected until we arrived in Drombach today..
  Each time we start a fight in this zone the host (me) loads the fight normally but the guest (my friend) has black screen but can still hear the game sound. However in the Drombach's Arena everything works properly, it's clearly a zone problem.

  Adding another occurence without crash. I'm playing in Vertuse with lvl 5~ party. The opponent round of an seasoned lvl 7 hoodlum start in a fire (due to an explosive barrel and the consecutive fire zone). My computer start to work on it realy hard, making noise and stuff. I was thinking that my game will crash (again) but, it finally found a way:
  
  The unit just past it's turn, no move or attack, while there were no further area of control. I think the new stuff about the the AI improvement lack on optimisation. Hope it will help.

  We have the same Problem in Drombach area after 115 hour we cant fight togheter in co op , My bro see the battlefield but i cant see it.

  This issue should have been fixed on Steam/GOG version after releasing our latest DLC "The Beast Hunt".

  We ran into this issue today 80 hours into our playthrough. Our 3rd player kept hitting a black screen at the start of combats in Drombach Country. We tried reloading multiple times to before the combat and the same thing would happen. This is still not fixed. We haven't tried turning down all the graphics settings yet, but I don't feel like we should have to do that to play the game. This has not been resolved yet. Please fix.

  Just started having this issue 144 hours into a 2 player coop save. Only started happening in Drombach once we hit the snowy areas.
  
  Second player has a black screen, host can see everything just fine.

  As an update to my dec 6th post, turning down all the graphics settings to low and disabling some of the other visual features did fix this for our play through. Still not sure if this is a long term solution, but it is working at least temporarily.

  My brother and I are having the exact same issue. Any fight in the drombach region is met with a black screen for him, and game as normal for me as host. Please fix this.

  Au bout d'un certain temps de jeu dans la zone de Drombarth, lorsque nous lançons des combats, ces derniers se lancent pour moi et mon ami reste en chargement.
  
  Nous jouons actuellement sur PC.
