  I cant go up to the tomb, because no piton is shown. I made every other quest in Lurden, but this problem didnt go away.

  I have the same issue. I have 100/100 on the Ludern quest, I sided with the trackers, talked to them at Garissa market, and then no piton and no way to access the tomb.

  I have followed the main quest so far and there is the purple quest marker around the tomb area. However, there is no one showing up and also the piton is missing. I'm at 100% in the region and got to the quest 'the fate of ludern'. There is no piton where there is supposed to be one.

  Just wanted to point out to the devs that *ALL* pre-placed Pitons in the game are missing: Ludern Tomb, Ormance: Puy-Corbin Cliff, and Belerion: The Isle of the Worthy. All three locations cannot be explored, nor the story completed due to missing Pitons.

  In my case I sided with the Alazarian, I do have the quest in the map, but no piton appeared, no way to enter that tomb :(

  Same problem here. This is my third playthrough and have never experienced. To elaborate It says to meet the trackers outside the tomb after you speak with them in the village after the beast fight. I have 100% story completion in Luden except the tomb

  I progressed the Ludern quest to 100/100, after siding with the trackers against the Alazarian and "fleeing" "the beast". I returned to the Garrussa Clan and they told me to meet them outside the Ludern Tomb. There are not Trackers below the tomb nor a piton as mentioned by others to go up.
  In the tracker camp in front of the cliff there are just the regular 3 npcs. Seems that someone else is reporting same issue in reddit 2 days ago:

  I know how to access Luden ruins, Ive completed it in previous play. Now, after recent patch, 100% completion in Luden region, talk already with a clan member and no rope/hook. I have no save with restore point. Ive started again whole story recently, aint now ay this will be not fxied..

  I've just loaded old game save, when Ive even completed catacumbs, there is no rope any longer.

  No pre-placed pitons in Ludern near tomb and on the Balerion where you climb after repearing bridge. So you can`t enter those areas.

  Same problem here. This really sucks, bocause without Ludern Tomb runes you can´t dicipher any other sepulcgure location....
