  With the new update and DLC came a couple of bugs. One of which is the drastic decrease in frames in the overworld. Whereas I used to get around 60, where the game is locked to, I now only get up to 20. My computer is more than equipped to run this game at higher fps (getting around 120 in battles), but this new update seems to have locked the overworld fps to a mere 20. Next is the multiplayer issue. When looking to assign one of my friends' companions to a task or job bench, it simply says "no companions found," which is obviously an issue. We assume this is something that has come with the update. and hope it gets patched soon, because as of right now we can no longer play this game.

  Only the host is able to use profession items [tinker/cooking pot/etc] in camp, as coop partner all I get is "No Companions Available" even with my companions who have those professions and were previously assigned to those tasks. The host has Pirates, Tavern and Pits DLC, I have none.

  I have a journeyman blacksmith in my team, but when I'm at the anvil it says 'no companion available' (in coop mode). It's the same with my journeyman Alchemist. It worked before today's game update. When I transfer these characters to my playing partner he can use them, but when I get them back I can't.

  Same for our group, only the host can appoint companion. The rest of us has the "no companion available" prompt.

  In co-op games, the second player can no longer perform any professions. It always says "No companions available".

  Since the maj, when I play in coop, I can't use my profession anymore. My friend, who host the party, can use his.

  Issue with COOP after DLC Update
  Besides the issue with very long load times after the update, we are facing an issue with coop- the client connecting to me hosting the game has very darkened fog-like vision in the open world map(not so in camps or cities) and can not use their characters professions. So a blacksmith can not enter the smithing menu at the forge, a cook is not available, even though the char can cook.
  
  He can still assign the characters over to me, and I can assign them back, but still no success with the professions.

  Companions in Coop games for the non host players lose their ability to preform professions. When ever the non host player trys to do something it says no companions at all.

  Since yesterday, we have had the problem that my coop partner can use the cooking pot with his companion. In addition, there are other interaction problems, such as the choice of companions in the arena.

  Even though we've had the same units working at the same stations for a long time, any unit that my friend controls doesn't count as a unit with the job needed to use the station, but does for me when I control the same unit.

  @LJMPRO Especially if, like me, you DON'T HAVE the DLC and the update is still screwing your game up. :/ Right now I'd kill for a Paradox-style "rollback in the Steam beta settings" option. Who knows how long it'll be before they fix it, hopefully soon.

  I ran into the same problem, since the patch i am unable to use any of my professions except bard - a friend is game host, we have 100+ hours on this savegame. We need a fix urgently

  We've had to restart with pretty much every DLC/big update, we've only made it out of Tiltren as a group once. We only get to play once a week, maybe twice, so it'd be real nice to be able to play the same file without it getting broken.

  I can't test it yet since my buddy is host, but a patch just dropped that says they've fixed this issue. If so, that was very quick and I am grateful to the devs for listening to the community.

  This is not entirely fixed. The new Laboratory Table that came with the new DLC is still not working for anyone!
